“I’ve been making beads for 2 ½ years now and it is my full time profession and passion.  I have always been fascinated with colour and pattern and lampwork allows me to explore so many avenues. 

I work from my home studio just outside Edinburgh and I am looking forward to venturing further afield this year, the flame off will be my first glassy venture below the border.

Currently I work in soft glass as I find the range of colours available now is mind boggling.  I fill so many sketchbooks with ideas I’m not sure I will even have the chance to make each one!”
